With Covid and several months of lockdown, my life reached a standstill. A lack of motivation paralyzed me until one day I joined a free virtual workshop that opened doors to a new beginning. I was alive again and creative. One of the first paintings I so enjoyed doing is called Beginning. Playing with paint freed new energy and connected me with my inner child. The viewer can immediately realize the omnipresent energy displayed in this painting.

About Claudette Pilon

I am an abstract and mixed media artist who just love to play with paint and create unique paintings. Over the last 20 years I have participated in several group shows as well as in the Apples and Art Studio tour. I also have exhibited my art in community venues.
My love for abstract paintings just flourished over the years. For me, I feel that "Ah" feeling when at the end of the process I look at what has just been created on what hours before was just a blank canvas.
